Excellent hotel in Surabaya. A receptionist speaks English well enough and was helpful.
When you go to your room, you need to cover a certain area near the buttons with your room key in the elevator, and then push the floor number button your room is on. You cannot access to a different floor from your room is located.
Amenity is poor? There were two or three towels, not a razor or a toothbrush. No tub in the bathroom u003c- at least in the room I stayed.

It was a better midtown hotel when last of my stay. Right now, I stayed in a uncomfortable room. Water heater is not functionally work. Very hot.

Have an average room, with good service, and place right in the middle of the town just like its name.

All the staff are polite and helpful, wifi is pretty fast, and the breakfast menu has many option

This hotel is located in the mid town just like its name. Good location indeed. But the services and cleaning was so poor... Train your FO staff more often in how to face guests, HK staff as well in cleaning way..
