Hotel has a huge lobby area. The ambience is classic with mostly yellow lighting. Some areas seem to be too dark especially in the evening.

The bedroom was great and spacious. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner. Some areas were slippery and feels that it has not been brushed clean.

The breakfast was good and standard options as in any other hotels. No special menu from the hotel but the waffle was the main star of the breakfast. It was crispy yet moist in the inside. Worth to try.

Overall it was a great place to stay but not excellent as there were plenty areas to improve.

Very nice hotel with big rooms. Cool to have a view over the city while taking a bath!
Location is great, walking distance to some restaurants and a big mall, but they offer a shuttle to the mall as well

Room is spacious and bed also comfortable
Bathroom need a lot of improvement, bathtub so dirty, and shower are noisy when we use it.
Chair leather in room is torn already
Elevator to car park in basement only have one access and it can be used to go directly to room so after check out we should wait for the elevator to go to higher floor first
Broken ceiling at 13th floor
Parking space can be troublesome if the hotel is crowded

It's suchfull a comfortable hotel with economic budget.
Quick service for check in u0026 check out.
Clean roomu0026 bathroom.

The staffs are very humble. They give excellent service for their guest.

Below expectation actually, the hotel condition itself (I have conference in this hotel) is tend to be never 100%, either on the physical condition around the conference room itself or the restroom area, wallpaper looks a bit old and not mantained properly.

Good place to stay with humble employee u0026 good service. Facilities such as swimming pool u0026 gym are very good. But for the pool need few maintain

The last moment i had @tangerine restaurant for iftar. I liked the vibe and atmosphere in this place, bcoz not crowded as many other places so we could had a good communication and interaction. The food was great, started from appetizer until dessert.
