This is a hotel you'd choose on a budget. 2/3 of the rooms have no windows. Though it's clean they should pay more attention to maintaining and keeping the place brand new, as it isn't the case.

The gym was deplorable. They would do better not to promise any gym. The equipment were pushed tightly into a corner behind a curtain like a store room. The air was stale and hardly any room to move around.

I'm still giving it 4 stars as you're getting mostly what you paid for.

Good things about this hotel :
- good service
- the room is clean
- they give us freeflow water in the corridor
- aircon functioning well
- location is good and there’s alfamart just beside the hotel
- on the first floor there’s food court too (not try their food there yet though)

Bad things :
- the bathroom is quite clean except for the unnecessary architecture in the bathroom that made it full of mold and it’s very disgusting
- the telephone is broke so it’s difficult to call the room service
- we can totally hear noise from the outside of the room

The room is comfortable and nice for its level.
I notice it uses less single use plastic in the room (which is good).
However the breakfast was not so good. Just one type for each (chicken, fries, vege). For cereal just cornflake + milk. For bread just toaster + 1 type of spread.

13 May - 16 May 2022 - 1 room, no breakfast, via tiketcom reservation.
This is the first time in FAVE there is no drinking water available u0026 guests are told to fill it themselves in the corridor with a small jar so it's a hassle to go back and forth. (very bad exp) standard room no window, not informed at the beginning and the receptionist didn't offer another room with the window one, maybe it was fully booked.
Plus points are cheap prices and strategic location but will I stay again? BIG NO!!
I did write the review on tiket apps but I don't think the hotel will give a thing, so I wrote on google for the good sake.

Good hotel for staycation,close to Tunjungan plaza, nice for foods culinary, city center hotel, staff was friendly, Mr.Khilmi very responsible n quick service for any requests..im so excited to stayed at fave mex Tunjugan thankful.

Cozy room, centre of town, easy access to everywhere.. mostly appreciated service from staf mr Khilmi, really enjoy knowing you.. keep up the good work ????????
