super bad service. I booked this hotel for connecting room and already confirm by phone and they said OK. I confirm many times. After coming here for checkin, they said that all connecting room fully booked. They said that the guest before renewing their stay here. So sad about that.

Toilet drainage got bad urine smell. My guess is no stopper in between drain hole thus the bad smell come out from drainage hole at shower room. Breakfast is good , room bed is comfy.

It's a nice hotel in downtown area and near by Tunjungan Plaza. They just changed the name become Royal Regantris.

Although it still on construction renovation progress, this hotel deserve 5-star rating (by me of course ????). The service is friendly, the room is clean, comfortable and not to forget that the price is considerably cheap. It's worth very much. The best value for money we can get. Can't wait until the renovation was done. I, definitely, looking forward to stay here again ????
