Booked through klook for a return trip from Sanur to Nusa Penida. We didn't book the land transport as our travel times didn't permit it. No issues with time, we left the office on time at 1500 and arrived at Nusa Penida around 1645. The ride was fast and not dangerous, although we sat at the back to avoid a bumpier ride if sitting at the front. The trip was not fully booked and there was so much room for everyone. They carry your lugagge from the office to the boat. Wear Slipper/ thongs for Australians as there is no jetty, pepare to get your legs wet. Upon arrival at Nusa Penida, there's a jetty and you have to carry your own lugaggage, roughly 100 meters to the road.

On our way from Nusa Penidad back to Sanur, same thing, no issues with time, arrived on time and boat ride was pleasant. This time we had to carry our suitcases from the Nusa Penidad Office to the boat, again this is approximately 50-100 meters in scorching heat, upon arrival at Sanur, they will drop your luggage on the rocks and you are on your own. They will not carry it over the rocks.

Booked via Klook (Fast Boat Ticket between Sanur and Nusa Penida). The website departing times caused confusion easily, but was eventually rectified with Klook whatapp staff. We eventually got the 8:30am boat while being requested to arrive at 8:00, while at first the email suggested arrive at 7:30am.

On the day, service was smooth. They noted our klook voucher and wrote our names down. They give you lanyards to wear as your ticket. You keep the receipt for return ticket.

They escort you (and many others) from the shop to the harbour. You board from the water, best to wear shorts and just hold onto your sandals. You might even need to climb over the rocks.

Boat typically takes 30mins, but can take 10mins for waiting to dock. Not a big problem as most drivers patiently wait.

Our Klook driver (same company as this boat) was already on the pier on the other side.

Horrible service. Do not recommend to anyone. We booked our trip to Nusa Penida via Klook and it says that boats will depart 4 times daily.. When we arrived there were only 2 departures and we had therefore missed our departure as we had been falsely informed. They then made alternative arrangements for us to compensate for this and we eventually made it to nusa penida.
Then the last boat returns at 5, as we got lost we called them and kindly asked to wait for us an extra five minutes... they did not.
We were in trouble as there is no more boats after 5 and had to plead with another company to take us back or we would have been completely stranded. AVOID!!!!

Booked round trip tickets through Klook. Klook already instructed very well on what to expect from the boat ride, but something stills surprised me unpleasantly: I headed to the office at 2.45pm, very early to claim my space for the 4.30pm boat back to Bali. Got told by the staff that there MAY be a boat at 4.30pm, and I should be at the dock at 4pm to wait for it, if it arrived I could get in, if it didn't she would tell. She offered me the 5pm boat, I looked at the registration paper which was almost full of names (supposedly from the pre-booked tourguides) so I turned that down.

What kind of boat company offers a fixed schedule, books people fully to go to an island, then proceed to tell people that there MAY be a boat to come back?

Be careful while booking with these guys. Better just go to the harbour and buy any ticket, and do not buy return tickets with them, instead just go to the harbour in Nusa Penida and find the most suitable for you. The service from these places doesn't differ anyway.

They ruined our trip to Nusa penida. First the boat started 40 mins late, then the cab driver skipped crystal bay u0026 snorkelling( he also didn’t understand English) and they deboarded us in waist high water. One of the girl almost swept away by waves. Pathetic service. Avoid this at all cost.

Boat was delayed to leave Sanur harbour by 40 mins. Told us they were waiting for 6 more people. They clearly have no respect for the other 60 passengers who were waiting and on time. Horrible service.

I ended up losing 1 good hour in Nusa Penida just because this boat company decided not to leave on time.

Please do not use this boat company.
