We were at first unsure because of the mixed reviews but booked a return trip from Sanur to Nusa Lembongan with Sri Rejeki based on the recommendation of our Indonesian driver. We paid 350k each.

To get on/off the boat you have to go through water (both in Sanur and on Nusa) but that's the same with all boat operators we have seen at the pier. So just do yourself a favour and wear shorts or clothes you don't mind getting a bit wet. Staff will help you getting on/off and they carry your bags but it might provide more difficult if you are elderly or otherwise less mobile.

Both rides were fairly smooth (I get pretty easy seasick but was all right) and we didn't have any problems with drop-off or pickup to/from our homestay on Nusa Lembongan which was included in the price. Life jackets are available. For asian standards the service they provide is good or even above average.

If you are worried they might get through your bag (read that in another review here) just keep your valuables with you e.g. in your daypack and lock the rest of the baggage - common sense anyway when you're travelling. There was nothing missing from our backpacks, even from the pockets without lock.

I paid 175,000 one way including transport from my hostel and to my place from the ferry terminal in Lembongan. Is easy to get ripped off so be sure to negotiate. It looks really easy to walk up and book a ticket directly at the counter too. I didn’t realize there are only 2 ferries a day at 9:15am and 1:00pm. My included transport picked me up at 11:30am and I got here at 1pm so i had to wait 1 hour to leave. The do have a shady sitting area. My AirBnB quoted me 250,000 one way and I have heard of several other people paying more. Anyone you talk how charged more is adding a commission for them selves.

Other ferry times listed are Sanur to Penida (8:30am, 1:00pm).

As a Ground Transfer service provider first time book and use their service since we have contract with them. Our customer ended up complaint because of the bad service they received from the third party at Nusa Penida Snorkeling Boat and Guide.

Below is the complaint from our customer:
We were told we were going to go to 3 snorkeling locations. We only went to 2 and it was maybe 10-15 minutes each. After we were told we were supposed to have lunch and then go to the mangroves but we’re rushed of the island as quick as possible not doing any of that and told we had to take the 2:15 boat back to Bali vs the 430 that we had scheduled. When we asked about it we were told we had to get off the island. I payed over $... for 2 hours which was supposed to be an 8 hour day. I would like a refund for the false promises and being rushed off the island without doing the excursion we were promised.
The only reason I have not written a negative review on Expedia is because I was to see how this situation is going to be handled. It would have been different if there was bad weather but it was beautiful out and we didn’t even do half of what we were promised. On top of that i have proof of us being rushed off the island because we were put on some random boat vs the one we were scheduled to go on at 4:30.

The staff was lovely at the desk, gave me a fairer price than all the offices on the street, the boat was comfy and felt safe and was on time. They were helpful with the luggage as well. Definitely higher standards than a lot of other transportation in Indonesia. Props!

You get what you pay for I think. The boat is owned locally so we liked to support the locals. It was on time, staff were great and
worked hard loading and unloading. It was on time, going over to nl there was no problem but returning to Sanur our boat broke down. It wasnt nice with all the crew working on the motor or batteries behind our seat, then the boat motor stopped and unfortunately a tourist called out mayday mayday and I thought it was the crew calling for help so my nerves were shattered, sitting in the middle of nowhere in roughish seas. I felt they would have known this as right from leaving you could hear and feel something wasnt right and why didnt they sort it before we left...I just couldn't help but wonder how well the boats are maintained for quite a treacherous crossing at times.

I have used Sri Rejeki twice now in 2017 and 2018 and have not had an issue. Getting on most boats to Lembongan you’ll get your feet wet as they launch from the beach. The boats are clean and pretty reliable.

Pick up and drop off service is good but runs on Fiji time which means if they’re running late don’t stress or panic. You will get there.

Last time on the return leg there was an engine issue but was fixed in a timely manner. Will use again for my 2019 trip!

Luggage tampered with, unlocked u0026 sorted through. Me u0026 my boyfriend both have combination lock suitcases (but there are easy ways to unlock them if you have a quick google). Both our bags were clearly unlocked u0026 things shifted around. That is simply unnacceptable u0026 puts a very bad taste in my mouth. The luggage codes had even been changed so when we got to our next destination we had to spend an hour figuring out how to change the codes back without breaking our brand new luggage. This is disgusting behaviour for a tour u0026 transfer company that has so many customers per day. Avoid at all costs.
