Great place to just sit and watch how to run a ferry terminal - on a sandy beach! These guys have it wired. Fast and efficient The 1500 horsepower boats are something too. Fantastic travel experience. Why fly?

The timing is amazing as the ferry company was never late, but getting luggage off the small boat was awful as you had to carry your luggage on to the sandy beach which at times was very dirty and unsafe. You could easily have injured yourself from the stones in the water and there was even dog poo that was on the drop off point. Carrying heavy luggage for the elderly would be extremely difficult however the staff on the boat were always willing to help which was appreciated. Overall a good service and they are doing what they can with what they have which is understandable. They really should build a wooden path or something to help with the luggage issue. Overall would recommend this ferry company. It’s very fast and they are very helpful.

The fast boat was amazing, very well operated. The only problem was our drop off that had a little misunderstanding, the driver told us that he could drop us off at hotel and then he was concerned about heavy traffic on Kuta area and then told us to jump there that would be few meters before but to be honest was 2 km with 2 heavy camping backpacks. Thank you so much anyway.

Connection between all Islands without problem, fast and with little entertainment video on board. Only the way people waiting while others get their baggage back needs to be improved. There is not enough space to handle all the tourists

The boat is good and fast. Getting in and out is the problem. There is no dock and the sand has many many rocks and corals. You will get wet knees down. The crew is awesome and they'll do the best they can to help. It's pretty fair. I'll do it again.

The ferry operated by Arthamas from Sanur to Jungutbatu Beach was a great experience, they stick to the schedule and their team carries your luggage from the sand to the boat so I know now that I will travel as light as possible next time because it is such hard work. Thank you so much for your excellent work!
