Great transfer experience, very friendly staff who know what they’re doing and are quick and on schedule. Boats are clean and tidy, the waiting point on Lembongan island is great with a bar, pool and small cafe with plenty of shade to chill out while waiting for the boat. The only downfall that we didn’t consider or had been made aware of, if when leaving from Sanur at low tide, you have to walk approx 1km away from the harbour to board the boat. This would have been okay however we had a busted thong right at the start of our walk which ended up in very burnt and blistered feet!! We would definitely go with these guys again but would be more mindful of departure time and go at high tide.

Fast boat Nusa L. to Sanur plus transport to airport for a reasonable price. Booking through the website was easy and got immediate confirmation. They checked with me by WhatsApp too so that was nice. Service was professional and boat was on time. Very convenient to not have to worry about taxi at Sanur so I would 100% recommend it.

Excellent company and reliable online services. For a 250k boat ticket (about $25 AUD) Arthamas also drove us from our Lembongan accommodation to our Kuta hotel all the way from Sanur. Our driver also did an airport drop off and was very friendly. Very happy with this service!

I got scammed big time. Long story short. Our shuttle back to the boat from our Lembongan location was supposed to be free. We were picked up by one of their drivers at an agreed upon location. The driver showed up at the designated time, stated our hotel name and said he was our driver. The guy took us to the wrong location and demanded 150,000 IDR or he would not let us out of their tuk tuk. We were able to get ahold of the company and they played it off as a “miscommunication” and told us we got into the wrong cab and it was our fault. Driver said if we didn’t pay him he was going to leave us stranded in the middle of no where. We agreed to pay and he took us to the correct location. When we got to the boat, I gave him the money and he then opened the tailgate to let us out. In the end the company gave us back the 150,000. The only reason they gave us back the money is because they knew we caught on to the scam.

Told us that the drop off at the hotel in Ubud was free, but when we arrived to the port they told us that this wasn’t the case and we had to pay more for this.
