Nice hotel in central city of Surabaya. Located in front of the most famous shopping mall Tunjungan Plaza. Rooms are clean and tidy, friendly staff and rooms rate is very reasonable. Various breakfast meals are also available with delicious taste.
Car parking lots is very narrow with little number of space. It's sometimes to make difficult for travelers bring their own car and stay in this hotel.

The location close to Tunjungan Plaza. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The foods are delicious. The service is good and friendly. The facilities are good. When i stayed at this hotel, i got a room with a good view. Highly recommended if you visit Surabaya.

Though this hotel is always full and crowded Swissbell Tunjungan is always my favorite hotel in Surabaya. Chef and all restaurant team were so kind. They gave me sandwich for breakfast since we have to catch up our flight at 4AM. Front office staff that morning was also kind and warm..Thank you for all welcome.

The room is spacious, fluffy pillow and thick carpet. Love it!

The location is in front of hotel Tunjungan and Tunjungan Plaza mall. Other tourism spot like Grahadi is on the walking distance.

Best place to stay for your vacation or business. ask for room number xx09 for the best view of surabaya. Literally took you 2 minutes to go to Tunjungan Plaza. because this hotel located in the heart of the city, you can go anywhere without spend too much money for grabs or taxi. Definetely will go back here I get the chance to.

Location at Surabaya city centre. Tunjungan plaza is just across the road. Nice swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Friendly staff. Stayed one night on the 16th floor and I had a nice view to the west side
