The hotel is located strategically in the center of Surabaya. It is convenient place for shopping and looking for food because it right across the largest mall in Surabaya. There are also several local cuisines in the vicinity. So, foodies will have a lot to try. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. The WiFi have good connectivity. Staff is very friendly and the lobby have convenient store that sells basic needs when staying in hotels. I guess we have good value for money in staying in this hotel.

Room was clean, bed is comfortable, aircon is good, hot or warm water is okay, no window view, just hope that the guest next to your room didn't take their noisy kids with them, they got wifi but did not inform the password to me as guest, well perhaps guest should ask for it but fortunately I'm not one of those wifi beggar kind of people. Breakfast is to be honest pretty bad. Since the hotel did not provide hot drinks maker in the room a mini market where you can buy hot drinks is available next to receptionist.

They do not provide any free slippers for the hotel visitors. You might need to buy some if you needed

Good place to stay. Clean and relatively cheap. Located in the center of Surabaya. You can even get to Tunjungan Plaza by 5-10 minutes of walking.

If you are on budget and staying only for a short time like a night or two, it's a pretty good choice. The place is neat and quiet. Decent breakfast. 8/10 would come again.

a budget hotel, very close to the biggest mall in Java, maybe in Indonesia.
small room, but quite comfortable. no window even u can find window but it's only a wall view outside lol.
a recommended hotel if u want to stay just for having a shopping around Tunjungan Plaza dan Basuki or Historical area such as Majapahit Hotel or Tugu Pahlawan

Budget hotel chains. Offering affordable room at good service. You need a deposit up front. Would definitely recommend this place for a day or two. Especially if you just looking for a place to rest at night.
