I was expecting more from this restaurant. First of all, I like the ordering system here. Simply choose your seat, and the waiter will give you a barcode for the menu. You don't have to call the waiter after you decide the food you'd like to order. Just put the items that are available from the barcode into the basket, then click submit. And, voila! Your order's accepted. I think this system is super efficient and effective compared to the queue system. Wait for your order to be served, enjoy the food and pay after that. Unfortunately, the hygiene of this restaurant needs to be improved. I was so mad because there was fly near the table, also around the preparation corner. Moreover, it's a little bit overpriced for the portion size. I was shocked to have a bento for more than 50k excluding tax and service charges. I only got 5 pieces of small chicken kaarage, a tiny tip of mayo on top of the chicken and 2 very small, super oily gyoza. You can get more portion size with better hygiene at any other restaurants with the same price. Considering the hygiene level and the portion size, this is definitely my first and last visit.

The place is easy to find. It tastes great but I was hoping that the portion of the ramen will be bigger for that kind of price. The tables are disinfected. We see the menu and order by using our phone.

Order dry ramen with choice of black noodle (you can choose different type of noodle). Pretty good but bit too sweet for me, so i ask for chilli powder and it definitely help balancing the flavor. Not my 1st choice for halal ramen in TP but it still good

Thoroughly enjoyed a lunch time meal at Tokyo Belly Surabaya when we were feeling peckish. Food was fresh and tasty, very well presented. Drinks were great, presented with creative flair. All the regular sushi pieces had their own little spin to it, atypical of what we would find at most sushi places. I had hoped to come across another location while we were in Indonesia to have Tokyo Belly again, but unfortunately did not see another one during our travels.

the price is affordable, the atmosphere is attractive , the servise is good., and the menu taste is good.... plenty choice of Japanese food here... I order Chicken Katsu Ramen, and I love it... also the seaweed fried fries also taste nice... recommended for family, couple and gathering...

Food selection is plenty. Taste is better than average. Overall most of the menu tastes good. The service is commendable. The seatings are clean and quite comfortable. Use the ismaya app to get points, and benefit for new users. Overall quite a nice experience.
