I have good experience in this hotel. It is cheap and all the facilities are worth with the price. The room is large enough, air conditioned well, and hot water available.
Sadly, their room smelled like cigerates, like someone smoking. I noticed that they put a no smoking room sticker in the room, but the room smelled so bad. I hope they fix it as soon as possible for better customer experience.

Quite neat but cleanliness should be improved. Room was Ok, but bathroom needs a thorough cleaning, especially the closet. Please bleach the towels so guests will feel comfortable using those. Check in u0026 out processes were quite smooth. Overall I'm satisfied.

I really don't have much of expectations staying at this hotel. The bed sheet is clean but I still can spot some stains here n there. The bathroom walls and floor needs some scrubbing. They do hot have the towel n mat ready inside the room so you need to ask. However what exceeded my expectations were the wifi, hot water, and AC. The AC works really well even for a room with 8 ppl inside and the hot water works fine too. Overall for just a night or two staying Bu0026B is not bad

- Price.
- Location. A very short walk to Tunjungan Plaza.
- The hot shower works well.
- Twin bed room: enough for a family with 2 kids. Each bed is about 120x200cm in size.

(-) :
- The sound of water pump or something near my room (316) the whole night was really a bad experience to my stay.
- Greyish towel.
- The bathroom's cleanliness.

What do you want me to say...

It’s cheap

No windows in the rooms, AC barely even works, not sure if the sink had ever been cleaned (at least we had a private bathroom)

Also the restaurant food is really good and not expensive either!
