Good hotel in the city center of Surabaya. Personnel are kind and polite especially mas Eko who’s very helpful helping us with baggage and explaining the sightseeing places around the hotel in walking distance.
Room is clean and fresh, bathroom as well. Breakfast was also good. Enjoyed our one night stay here very well.
PS: wifi connection was not very stable

Good hotel. The room is clean and cozy. There is a little damp smell though. And breakfast food assortment is limited and the taste is just ok, not great. Overall, it offers good value.

Old hotel but still well-maintained! Love the room, it's quite large. All the facilities here are still in a good condition. I got the room with a great view of Gubernur Suryo Street. The location is excellent, downtown of Surabaya, near Tunjungan Plaza and business centre. One thing that I dislike about this hotel, because of the AC. It wasn't really cool. It was quite hot. But overall, I enjoyed staying here and see the road situation from my room.

The security staff big guy i dont know who’s name is not helpfull he just sit and talking with another staff.

I booked 3 (three) rooms with connecting door, upon arrival they told us that they are fully booked. Also, they gave us split bed, but this is minor issue. Oh well, it is a quite bargain considering they offer you a quite affordable price.

Cozy Hotel at the corner street, comfort with fair price. The room clean and big. Place In the middle of town and near Tunjungan plaza mall. Recommended
