Location, cool. Staffs and service, good.
Got executive two bedrooms, renovated with more modern design and interior. The apartment itself was quite spacious, very large space for your luggage, nice living room, old-fashioned bathroom, no television in the second room, clean enough in all area.
Oh, the elevator, three of them, were old enough, took times to wait, and the sound when the door opened and closed.. i think they should fix it.
Overall, did enjoy my stay.

We loved our stay at Somerset! We had one of the apartments, and no, they are not the newest/most modern. But the rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable, everything we needed was there, and every morning we had a delicious breakfast! Staff is very professional and friendly. We loved the swimming pool as well. Location is also great! Would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Great location but not enough lifts and you spend a lot of time waiting for one. The drainage in my shower seemed blocked and there was a risk of flooding unless you stop showering to give the water time to drain. The aircon drips. The inhouse cafe is not very good (did not actually eat there - tried three times but it is not open at the times the reception tells me it's supposed to be open and one time when I went in when it was open, I could not get a coffee because apparently it takes more than half than hour to get the machine working). But the location is very good and you are close to many restaurants and shops.

The staff, room and facilities was Awesome. We loved the room details it was as full equiped apartment. Highly recommended.
The only point to improve is the breakfast, was limited.

Fraudulently misrepresented their rooms. Sold us a premium room, but they didnt have any. Refused to refund the amount prepaid via Agoda. Rooms are very old and noisy, windows don't close properly and the rooms were dirty - stained sheets, unwashed bathroom surfaces, and the beds were so uncomfortable that they caused lasting back pain. Terrible place, avoid it at all costs!!

Location is superb at the central of Mega Kuningan area, where you can find plenty of food varieties. So you'll never be starving ..lol.

It's only walking distance to Lotte Shooping Avenue and Mall Ambassador or Kuningan City.

But unfortunately not all room been renovated, so a bit old school when you enter the non renovated room.
Swimming pool or to be precise a plunge pool is only for refreshing purpose.

And lastly, if i may suggest, to open the emergency stair to avoid/minimize elevator queuing (apply for low level room).

Great location , everything we need are just a few steps away.
I stayed in the newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment , very nice .
The internet is super fast
