It was my first time visit this place and I was there for exhibition of Magister Raffaello. The place is inside the mall, make sure you ask the security if you have difficulties to find the place. It was nice place to see the exhibition, the crews were so helpful and kind.

Here for Under the Volcano. The stage and sound system are great and ready for world class performance. Love the exihibition, but hopefully there will be more chairs available. Lots of children and seniors visit the museum tho.

Good place and good ambience. Totally love it, beautiful building and architecture. Located on 11th floor lotte shopping avenue.

Not recommended for disability people. The way to parking lot so tricky. There is no parking space on 11th floor unless you are VVIP.

Watched Under the Volcano from seat F2-F4 with a very limited view as the show mostly taken place at the back part of the stage (maybe we cannot see 30% of the show, so we cannot really enjoy it). Access to the place also a bit difficult with only 2 elevators available from ground floor, making some people come late to the show. Went to the gallery after the show: it's actually good, but still have lots of empty space.

A great venue for theater and performances. It has 2 floors for the viewers. I had a good experience here. I want to try watch music or singer performances here, it must be great too.

You can enter the place from lotte shopping avenue, it also connecting with raffles jakarta. But the traffic in front of this building is hell. Beware of the traffic when you will go here.
