This gym located on 3nd floor on the mall Lotte Shopping Avenue - Kuningan.
All studio and gym area are on the same floor. The staff are very welcome.

Very spacious for a gym. Nice and plenty cardio machine. Dumbbells have nice grips but often misplaced and not in order. Plates are BAD, squeaky, hard to put on and off.

Cancellation policy and its experience js extremely bad.
Doesn’t reply email requesting to cancel. And have to come to the outlet where they make me pay 1,5jt to cancel.
As a member for several years, expected to be treated like a customer, not just a number.

SCAMMER.

They are all about "where is the proof"
As soon as they realize there is no proof to your verbal cancellation request, they will not process the cancellation and just tell you "it is already cancelled" while keep on charging your credit card.

Cancellation need to be done by email. And they explain to you in INDONESIAN language even though you are foreigner. On purpose of course

Great place to workout. But among other Fitness first with 'platinum' status, this club lack a swimming pool and sauna.

My go-to gym. The equipment and machines are all kept in great condition, and the atmosphere is always great for working out. The lighting is fantastic too as there are a lot of windows around the gym. The only problem is during peak hour for working out, after work, there are too many people and you often have to queue for a machine. Otherwise it's a great gym.
