Fine room for the cheap price, nice pool. But decor is very dated, water stains on the bathroom and everywhere needs a good scrub clean or refurbish. Breakfast could improve.

Terrible!! Definitely will not come back again.
- at my 1st day in the room I found out the trash from previous guests have not been cleaned yet
- the blanket was dirty, but later on the staff replace the blanket cover
- even it shelves has cigarette butt that have not been cleaned
- at my last day the toilet has no water that I can't take shower
- the towel is smelly
Overall everything is SUPER dirty!!

You pay for what you get. Room is passable to sleep in. If your the type that doesn't care about sleep then this is the place for you to store your things and head out the whole day around kuta.

Mouldy rooms and wall that need to be taken care of. Need to refurbished their toilets and cupboards. Wifi lounge area only able to connect. Rooms barely connected to Wifi. If you are a female, i would suggest staying somewhere else as the alley is dark in the night with no light street to get food. it is a walking distance to everywhere.

I wouldnt recommend to swim in the pool. Pool seems like ages hasn't been clean. Might as well breed living algae in it.

Overall experience in this budget hotel i wouldnt recommend anyone staying here. Your money better off elsewhere.

actually it's ok, but if don't have ride, it's quite far distance from the main street. I prefer somewhere else with $13/night, though this place is great choice for some backpacker which doesn't have much money like me. LoL

Service was excellent, they were friendly, welcoming and provided a well rounded professional service.
The room was clean bit had a smell of dampness and moisture leaving the doors open did alleviate the issue.
The toilets were clean and the daily service was superb.
Some of the tennants were still a little rowdy using speakers and the pool till the early morning whilst intoxicated.
The walk to the main area of Kuta is about 15mins and the same for the beach. The malls about 7mins away.

A good hotel with affordable price. It is located on a small passway, big cars won't fit. But it has a good air conditioner, hot water, clean room, and a beautiful little pool.

it’s ok to stay here for night not recommended for longer stay d the location is near to kuta beach and some shopping areas .out dated rooms and need to clean quite place to relax before leaving the city. staff is very helpful. over all ok ok
