Hotel's location is not that great as others describe, not many things around and it's hard to walk with narrow streets and so many motorbikes congesting the traffic.

Shower in the bathroom is not enclosed, so it's very wet every time you enter after shower.

Also, very important info is that there are mosques nearby, so loud music can wake you up in the middle of the night. They play awful songs multiple times per day.

The staff go out of their way to show they care. They allowed us to check in early and check out late with no problems. The room looked exactly as pictured. The rooftop pool overlooks the airport, so you can watch planes taking off. The breakfast for 30,000 IDR was very good. Hot water was only available at times when no one else in the hotel would be showering. Wifi inside the room was very poor. We could hear a lot of noise from the hallway inside our room. Overall, a very good value for 145,000 IDR/night.

Nice hotel alough it lacked the personal touch , not many staff around to help with enquiries and the man on the front desk just could not be bothered to help with anything only plus is that its extremely close to Kuta beach and the near by beach walk shopping centre, I would much rather stay in a small homestay run by locals

I have been here twice - one with family and another with some friends from overseas.
location wise is not bad as it nears Kuta - the price is also reasonable
service is great - Pak Gori was very accommodating and helpful

A comfortable stay! The bathroom lacked soap though :) very kind receptionnists.

Quite good. But the gps show me the wrong place for the frist place.
