The hotel on first impression is an extremely beautiful property. Interior is nicely decorated. The issue is that the hotel is very poorly maintained. The rooms are of decent size with gorgeous bathroom. The rooms though smell musky and the cleanliness of the bathroom are questionable at best. There was a lot of questionable white stains everywhere. It is something that can be easily mended under good management and a good deep cleaning.

Stayed here for more than 14 nights for holiday. Location is good as it's just opposite Mal Galleria Bali. Indomaret convenience store is just next door. Just the rooms need to be upgraded as it's a little run down. Besides that, all is good for us. Will stay here again in future.

First room had some problems as they are performing large scale maintenance and we had to swap rooms for hot water.

But slightly out of legian/kuta but very close to sunset road that is very alive with locals and live music.

For the price no hotel room is this nice and spacious, pool is beautiful and so is atmosphere and lobby.

Needs total renovation to justify prices. Convenient location, nice pool. Very poor maintenance throughout the hotel. Loud music from pool area heard in rooms thru poorly fitted doors...as does the smoke from the all the cigarette smokers.

Worst ever hotel I've ever stayed in.

Shower room was flooding during shower, dirty every cover of the room and water heated system was broken.

Service wise, i complained to the service desk about having no hot water for shower in the night, there was not any response regarding it until next day I asked again.

The room is very good compared to cheap rate, we got a nice wide bathroom with a bathtub BUT the water at the bathroom is smells weird and taste very rusty and kinda salty????
