The hotel is nice, but it's not very clean as I expected it to be. But overall still okay and acceptable. I like their customer service , polite and nice people. I love their breakfast buffet style, sometimes they will send it straight to my room so I need to choose their menu. it's not too expensive so it's worth a try!

The room is good but at that time thr bed sheet is a bit smelly, there is a small balcony in our room but the refrigerator cant be used ( its broken). ????
We stayed at 3rd floor. The toilet is ok. The brrakfast is ok, at least they provide some fruits, veggies, fried rice u0026 noodle, porridge, eggs, coffee u0026 tea. Thank you harris, I will stay there next time.. please service the refrigerator ????

The hotel is not up to the quality of other Harris. Its good enough, but they clearly cut back on maintenance during Covid. Maybe they will fix things up once tourism really kicks off

HARRIS Hotel Kuta Galleria - Bali.
This is my hotel choice when I want to have vacation in Bali, which is located close to the centre of the crowd around Kuta beach.
My consideration is that it is easy to go anywhere just by walking without the hassle of bringing a vehicle. Moreover, the road around Kuta beach is famous for traffic jams.

The hotel is nice and simple not too much decoration just orange shades from the colour of the carpet and pillows on the sofa. The room looks minimalist with a clean bed then shades of orange around the room, a sofa facility that can also be used as a bed for the family brings a child.

Additional facilities such as a swimming pool are also provided, although not too big.

Overall I like this hotel.

Lame. Not even that clean, when I arrived at 10pm, the mini bar, water heater, and even the air con did not work. I had to call the technician and they fixed it in about 1 hour. I only stayed here because I had an event nearby and wanted to go to the mall behind this hotel in the morning. The only plus is the mall access.

Good room, okay breakfast, friendly staff, very good location with an access door to the galeria mall.

The good things : they have access door to go to MBG!
So far we enjoyed our stay here, helpful staff, nice swimming pool, nice breakfast, quite close to go everywhere.
The reason i gave 4 star cause when i reach here the room smell bad but the hk was also so helpful.
