It used to be a good hotel, I used to recommend this hotel to everyone that go for a trip to Bali. Now I really hate this hotel, and how the staff behave, will remove from recommendation list.
AC was not working and just throwing dust, hot water won't come, lot of tiny crack on the bathub and wastafel is leaking.
Complained to the staff, just got the answer that "there is no problem at all". Could not request to change room or refund. Planning to book for 10days, leave after 2 night restless.

Good value and nice stay, but sadly noisy from the streets, needs some more care, although having a good ground for many nice things. Name is very confusing as it's very common for many things, so it's hard to find. Elevator too slow to arrive, and it can get annoying. But nicely designed lobby and the rooms are nice too.

This hostel is disgusting, specially the pool and the breakfast. All the cutterry are disgusting and the plates are cold.

The room is ok but dirty as weel. The air conditioning is dirty and smell not really good

Sorry, I think this is the time they are recovering from the pandemic. The building and rooms are actually good, but quite dirty and quiet when I arrived. Hope you can recover soon.

Had a really bad impression when we reached there. we made a booking n paid through an agency.But when we want to check in the receptionist said they were fully booked n had no room for us.Instead of finding a solution for us they said IT'S NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS that we have paid n they had no room for us. It's was between us n the agency. He said he was just the receprionist not the reservation department.We were the one who need to contact the agency to get our refund.How could a 4 stars hotel saying that to their customer.very very unprofessional and very shameful. A 4 star hotel should have better management!!! Luckily we came there around 4pm so we could still find another hotel.Imagine if we reached there at night with 4 kids. Very dissaponted to find irresponsible hotel like this in Bali where tourism is the main attraction.

Just arrived, they provided me a complementary early check in, free upgrades, and various breakfast options

Ms. Puput (at reception) was SUPER friendly and helpful, and please bring back the chicken bacon!

Will be back for another stay soon,

I actually felt sorry for this hotel.
Bought the voucher on the pay now stay later program. I expect so much for this hotel before, but upon arrival all broke down.
Security, porter, reception, concierge all was covered by one person.
Room was decent, some space were still dusty, bathtub is cracking, the head rest is sticky because being let out by sun. Refrigerator broken and lastly the linen is torn.

The bright side: AC is working fine, bed is clean, provide good sleep after long driving to Bali.

I hope after the situation goes well this hotel pick up their standards.
