Excellent stay at the hotel, nice pool, staff and rooms. Stayed for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We are vegetarian and kitchen even took care of our requests!
1 feedback - it would be much better if we can have microwave :)

Great experience! The staffs are really nice, always greet with good attitude. The gym is relatively small with few equipments, but it is comfortable enough for me to do my workout. The swimming pool is fantastic with a perfect height of 150 cm, lol. The interior are gorgeous and the lobby always smells so good, I wonder what kind of perfume they use ????

The breakfast have various options, western and traditional. And they are taste delicious.

Located right beside Galeria Mall, I could easily buy lunch etc. within walk distance. Overall, really great experience. I will be back for sure when I’m in Bali again ❤️

Excellent stay after we were forced to remain in Bali because of a cancelled flight. The service provided by the hotel employees was top notch. Special thanks to all those who helped us during our stay.

Very Nice Hotel with great beds, Nice shower and Nice toilet, all you need!
They were very helpful in every aspect. They always answered quickly on WhatsApp when I had questions.
And the people at the breakfast was also very helpful. Really recommend this place!

The place is clean and easily accessible to travel around the town. There is a mall right next to the hotel which is convenient.
No complaints as such except that the AC system makes above average sound.

Beautiful hotel but the maintenance needs some work. The stay is comfortable. The pool is great! Also recommend breakfast there.

This 4-star hotel has direct access to Mal Bali Galeria and turns out to have an aesthetic and cozy lobby. Many wooden ornaments with earth tone colors, combined with unfinished style walls, and terrazzo pattern floors. Even though it looks modern, Balinese characteristics are still there with Balinese carvings/reliefs on the stairs leading to the lobby.

I stayed in the 22sqm Premier Pool View room type. The rooms are also comfortable and most importantly very clean. The sleeping area and bathroom are separated by a sink which makes the room feel more spacious.
For entertainment, the TV has Cable TV channels with a fairly complete selection of channels.
