Such a great service. I am from Germany and there it takes so much time to get an appoimtment. And if they look at you, they don’t really care. Here in the BIMC hospital my experience felt so good. I felt so welcome and taken good care of. The doctors are listening and the nurses are very kind and respectful. Thanks for such a great service. Gave me such a good feeling.

Holy cow. Never in my life have I been treated so kindly, and so well by a hospital.

Honestly, I was a little shocked at the kindness, and eagerness to help (despite us coming in late). Felt extremely comfortable, welcome and well treated.

Medical staff was very organised, knew what they were doing, took their time to explain everything, and helped us get the right medication, bandages and ointments to continue proper treatment at the hotel.

I wish we could take this hospital and their staff back home with us ????

We’ve always had a good experience at BIMC, and have always been well-cared for. There have been times where I was unimpressed by the level of expertise of the medical staff, however. Yet we still continue to return here for medical needs.

3 times we try to contacted this hospital last month by official phone and WhatsApp customer service number. Replay always 6-10 hours later and answer - “we don’t know - come to doctor, pay 900.000, then let’s see we have service you need or not ». Finally we go to other hospital who is more fast and professional. For managing director needs to review quality of customer service and call center!

Got an infection while on vacation so visited here.
Walked in on Sunday with no appointment. No lineup, receptionist spoke with us right away. Saw a nurse within 10 mins and a doctor within 20.
Receptionist, nurse and doctor all had excellent English.
Was able to get some tests and a prescription for comparable price to back home (Canada).
Treatment was great, highly recommend if you are an English speaking foreigner with any kind of illness.

This was a great hospital. This was the first time I got sick in a foreign country and we were scared of going to the hospital. However the staff here was really the sweetest. The nurses, the doctors and the people at the counter were all so welcoming and sweet. Great people really. Thank you for taking care of us so well❤

Wife came in for head injury. Needed staples. Dr. did great job. Clean and professional.
