I was visiting from New York and booked through my preferred online travel agency. When I arrived check in was done in just a few minutes no complications. Staff was polite and helpful. Room service food was fast and fair price. Breakfast was overall good, the floor manager was very kind and made an effort to communicate in English with me. A young trainee named Fernando in the lobby was very kind and helpful. The wifi didn't work for me but honestly I didn't ask for help since I had a cellular data package that got me what I needed but I can see that being frustrating for a guest (I didn't deduct any stars for that since I didn't say anything about it whole there). Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast buffet is good but if your gonna stay for a couple of days in this place you will see the same breakfast everyday.
Their employees are cheerful and always willing to help but if your asking some information you need to double check or ask their supervisor instead because miscommunication may occur .
The pool in the rooftop needs some cleaning.Still their management is understanding on these matters.
This place is good if you have business near the airport area.They also have shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. Its 30-40 minutes away far from the city.
They always clean the room everyday.
Overall the stay is okay.

Excellent location, with only 5 minutes to the airport. Pool also was good to chill down, while watching the air traffic.
Room was large, but already a bit shabby. Noise insulation from the adjacent toll road I found very good. No problem to find an ok sleep. You would not come here for the food. Breakfast had a surprisingly large variety, though.
OK hotel for an overnight transit.

This is our first time at this hotel and we absolutely love the room and the service! I love the view and also great shower room. Amelia greeted us and welcomed us really warmly. The food is also super awesome as well. Definitely will come back again :)

The outdoor food dining was amazing, the staff were fantastic. However, the hotel needs some much needed restoration, as the hallways have a distinct smell of mold buildup. Very visible, you can see many structure deterioration issues on the outside. Still safe, just concerning.

My team and I spent a couple of days here and was greeted warmly by GRM Amelia. The rooms was clean, well maintain and modern.
Breakfast was amazing with a good spread. Staff were attentive and showed sincerity in giving their best service.
For sure a top choice hotel!

I stayed here for a night and i have a good night sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed somehow is very soft and great, even the bathroom is quite spaceless but still cozy. Very strategic location near airport and they provide airport shuttle bus which make it very convenient.
