Okay, while the rooms are not super-wow-fantastic, they were clean and just enough for our layover stay. However, really great and friendly staff who were very helpful. Our flights arrived later than we expected so we thought we'd miss the complimentary airport transfers but we simply called and messaged the hotel for assistance and they kindly came to pick us up (we didn't have to wait too long either). Nice to have an Indonesian breakfast the next day, and though we originally thought our AC had issues (it didn't, just needed to change the settings), one of their Engineers came to help fix the issue super quickly. Thank you for a smooth stay!

Very objective review:

Cleanliness:
- Average, the rooms are out fashioned, the building needs a huge renovation. But it's not at a disturbing level.

Facilities:
- Not worth the money. No dental kit, extra requests are not ensured. We were expecting at least the basic stuff that we find in every hotel, even though it is a budget hotel: dental kit, sandals, mini bar, table to work, tissue, a water heater with coffee and tea. None of them was available! They only sell the location I guess. You have to go to lobby to take some hot water for your coffee or tea.

Friendly staff:
- Yes, they smile. But some of our extra requests (like prayer sets) were not brought to the office for some reason.

Breakfast:
Not buffet. It's clean and edible but not that delicious. And again, you have to go to lobby yourself to pick your breakfast :D

Overall:
I've seen a lot of budget hotels but POP! Airport Hotel had the lowest standards among them! The management should be more careful and do some renovation in the building with some improvements in the service. Putting some coffee and tea with a water heater shouldn't be that expensive for them but will leave a definitely better impression on the guests. Not worth the money, next time I will consider another hotel around.

The entrance looks a bit creepy since there is an unfinished construction with a small sign of the hotel.
Room: clean, not too small, the ac works just fine, the tv works as well, the wifi also not that bad.

Bathroom: it's the gray tube inside the room. Small, but not that bad.

They have this shuttle bus to pick people up from the airport for free if you booked a room here which is really nice.

Also, there are fending machines in the ground floor.

The worst hotel I’ve ever been!
I booked late night and pay 500k rupiah for absolutely nothing
First of all the way to the hotel is super dark you barely can find it .
The receptionist told me The breakfast is only nasi goreng on the box!
I have 16 hours flight In total so I requested extra shower gel!
Guess what they did not provide ( I don’t know why ) they said only towel at the room . Even the towel is so dirty!!! The room full of dusk , so small bathroom and the vibe is super weird!
I literally do check in look at the room for less than 90 seconds and check out .
The money is not Refundable, the guy in the front desk don’t even bother when I check out , only the security or whoever is that ask me what going on because I literally just staying for one minute..
take my advice
Better find somewhere else!

Basic hotel. It is ok if you have to wait a few hours before a flight as it is near the airport, although the way to it will still cost you almost Rp 70000. Cars and taxis have an entrance fee. The sheets are all stained, old furniture, safety box doesn't work, breakfast is boxed, cold and not good, we didn't eat it. There is nothing around, doggy area, a bit noisy. We had to ask for extra shampoo as only one small sachet provided.
Positives are the shower, which is fab and the mattress is very comfy and they provide cold and hot water and free shuttle to the airport, (although only every 2 hours, but is ok).

From the map this hotel looks close to the airport but to reach it you have to take a detour so the distance is quite far.

Standard room for a night's rest after a long flight. I had to kill 6 mosquitoes in the room before going to bed, the air conditioner took a while to cool the room (lack of maintenance), breakfast - served with a box that had to be picked up at the reception - good enough to block the stomach.

They have a shuttle bus to take you to the airport.

Can’t recommend! Had a rat in our room which was active the entire night - we could not sleep a single minute! When telling the receptionist the next morning, he did not offer any compensation - unacceptable in my opinion. In addition, the bed sheets were dirty and toilet flush did not work - did not feel comfortable sleeping here at all. Wi-Fi was only working on laptops, not IPhones. The photo attached shows the rat’s masterpiece it left behind in our room.
