I always have good overnight stays here. Complimentary pick up service is a huge bonus. The staffs are friendly and warm, that’s what you need after a long flight. The room is spacious with all the amenities you need. Thank you for being the best transit hotel very near to the airport ????????

An excellent overnight location. Room was comfortable and quiet. Wife says there was a smell but I didn't smell anything. They kept some fresh juices for us in the fridge overnight. Breakfast is available very early in the morning. So close to the airport.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and had an excellent time. Everything was clean. When I came back a few weeks ago, few things have changed although the service and staff remained excellent. The hotel is outdated. The carpet in the hallway is dirty and needs changing. I booked a suite room. It was a nice size and pretty affordable. Unfortunately, the AC didn’t work. A staff came to fix it immediately, but nothing happened. The receptionist gave me a new suit room but the AC was also weak. Mind you, an evening in Jakarta with weak AC wasn’t fun. It was already 11 pm and I would need to catch an intercontinental flight at 4 am, so I just slept even though it was warm and humid. Breakfast was okay. This hotel will make an excellent one if they update their AC systems and carpet in the hallway.

Solid 3 star hotel. Room was clean and basic. Breakfast had a decent selection of hot food, not just your standard continental breakfast. Three issues:

There are mosquitoes in the lobby, the dining hall and in my room. I was bitten several times while sleeping, eating and waiting for the airport shuttle. Dengue fever is in this area so this needs to be addressed.

Water in the shower had super hot pulses intermittent with lukewarm. The hot water pump obviously needs service.

The shuttle service is listed as available on the website, but there is no schedule and the hotel contact info did not work. It is not clear at the airport where you need to go or how often the shuttle comes. I got ‘voicemail full’ or ‘the line is busy, try again’ so I had to take a taxi. I was told to email in the future which would only work if I weren’t already at the airport. Ibis charges a parking fee for taxis even dropping people off and despite prepaying at the airport he tried to charge me for this. I refused because I didn’t have IDR (which is why I paid with a card) and the front desk gave him a validation stamp.

One minor issue is that the lobby and hallways are air conditioned, but hot and humid.

None of these flaws would prevent me from staying here again in the future.

Our recent stay at Ibis styles jakarta was exceptional. We
enjoyed every moment. We stayed for for 2 nights and every single day, staff, service and general hospitality were brilliant!

Mikael from Reception is amazing. His attentiveness,
friendliness, kindness and general personality are a credit to the
hotel. He made our time at hotel always welcoming.

Breakfast at Streats was the perfect way to start the day, and the various restaurants in the hotel were overall excellent;

All in all, a truly wonderful stay...didn't want to leave!

Stayed here 1 night before flying out the next day. Room service food was basic tasting, took about 45 minutes to be delivered. Room A/C was weak, causing problems sleeping. Bed was on the stiffer side. Room was clean and shower was nice. Need more workers to work the front desk. Small convenience store next door.

Disgusting place. Pool under construction. Breakfast FILTHY. People using hands on everything as spoons were coated in food. Manager trotting around looking at things thinking everything is great. Had to move room 3 times as they gave us a smoking room and claimed it was non smoking then offered air freshener despite me explaining the chemicals are asthma triggers as much as smoke. Overall the 11 hours in this disgusting place ruined our trip to Bali for 2 weeks. Manager wouldn’t even acknowledge that it was unacceptable or guarantee she would contact Expedia to refund us. Moved us to Novotel but didn’t give any discount and we had to pay.
