Nice room, good service and a great pool and fitness center. My only suggestion is that the pool and exercise facilities should operate 24 hours a day. As a transit hotel, guests are coming and going to different time zones.

Maybe because of the time that I arrived here, 17:00, 90% of shops were closed, but Starbucks, KFC, indomarket, and two more markets. No option for dinner. Starbucks closes at 18:00.

It's clean,the room is ok,the food is so so. The best thing is they have a free shuttle to the airport every an hour.

Nice place to stay for a while.

It has scary vibes a little.
The food area not hygiene well. It smell. The toilet need maintenance. Alot of door are broken.

New experience for me, hassle free, affordable price, at the basement of Swiss hotel, 22K - 30K taxi fares to Airport (less than 30 mins journey). 24hr Alfa mart, has a praying room ????. Make sure your mobile phone has sufficient data and works well as we need to scan QR code in and out room. Thank you to Mr. Yusuf (check in) and Mr. Fathan (check out) for your hospitality. Looking forward to visiting you again one fine day.

Small mall close to the airport, has a couple of hotels, restaurants and cafes, A KFC, shops, a pharmacy, massage place, money changer and ATMs. It is clean and nice, restaurants have good variety and quality food. The pharmacy has a range of cosmetic products and medicines at reasonable prices.
