Restaurant service has gone down.
The food we ordered came cold. They came after one hour
Some came after 2 hrs.
The restaurant staff now is of very inferior quality.
Doesn't speak English, doesn't know the dishes.
Made a complete mess.
Best to eat outside

The airport transfer is a bit confusing.. first they said they don’t do airport pick-up at terminal 3 anymore..it was difficult to communicate with them, they don’t pick the phone. So I go to swiss bell hotel website since they are the same group and chat in whatsapp with them. From the WA chat, they gave me the driver’s phone number.. after that it was smooth.. the room was good.. clean and has everything that you need for one night stay.

Good hotel for a night if you need to fly next day. Kind and welcoming staff. Room is clean and fine but nothing special.

Room is nice, need to bring own hot bottle to get the hot drink water.
Provide free shuttle bus each hour.

It was all good Saty and staff especially Mitra and Rina at the reception are very helpful. It was all really a nice experience.

So terrible, checked in at noon till evening, there were no towels, no toothbrush, no floor mat, nothing!!! Ask for air freshener becaise the room was smelly, also none!! Called receptionist more than 3 times, still nothing!! Walked to the lobby to ask nicely and excuse given was the towels still in laundry.
Very bad!! 1st time encountered hotel with no basic bathroom stuff. So, dispointed!!!

The location is near airport, it's suitable for transit hotel. Clean and the breakfast is good enough.
