The hotel workers dont care about the service, the room is dirty because its never been cleaned, it smells really bad, if u are checking the hotel because review from traveloka or pictures from it, u are making the biggest mistake from ur life. In summary: RUN and go to another hotel

Worst Hotel Ever Been Too not worth the money

Located in a very bad location always gets stuck in traffic and very far from airport.
Better to look for other hotels in the neighbourhood than this for the price.

I don't know how the authorities provided license to run this as hotel,

The room is very small not worth for the price ..the bathroom is not clean, the coffee cups seems like not washed for ages, the towels are not clean ,

Seems like the service staffs are who come to study religious subjects and they get paid for it .

when the whole place is dedicated to religious programs a,from the lobby to lift to hallway to rooms all filled with religious stuffs which makes uncomfortable.

The hotel is not very close to the airport. It's 200.000 rupees in taxi from the airport to the hotel. It's not true that they have shuttle bus. The toilet was extremely dirty and the place is old. The restaurant its very nice

Comfortable bed, excellent free breakfast, free WiFi (a bit slow), free airport shuttle (needs to be scheduled 48 hours in advance). Employees were all very friendly, I would definitely come back again!

Clean and comfortable...I tried superior room for 2 person..but if u want to stay with your kids, need bigger room.. it's a 3 stars hotel..the food is good and there's many choices in menu..all hotel's staff is kind.. the lobby is located behind a mini market..the room facilities : u'll get mineral bottle, hot kettle, dental kit and also clean towel..also have Al Qur'an and Sajadah for muslim prayer.. very nice and got me satisfied...

Very good service for 2 star hotel, especially mr. Faried at the desk. The parking lot need more space I think.

Breakfast very average. Rooms small. Far from airport. Check in took ages. Comfy beds.
