The room is spacious which is good. But then the bathroom is not clean. I had my room on 7th floor and i found at least 4 small cockroaches. I asked the receptionist to move me to another room, and i still found small cockroaches in the room. Apparently the hotel used to be closed during the pandemic and been recently open again. I decided to change my hotel that night. The receptionist explained she never had that complain before, which just doesn’t make sense to me.

Good: Location. Located near Pasar Lama at the heart of Tangerang. Strategic enough, you can go anywhere easily from this hotel. Don't expect too much without car or taxi though. The pedestrian is so bad, you'll have to be careful to walk around. There's no help as well to cross the super busy Ki Samaun street.

Bad: Tons. Cockroaches everywhere in my room. Found 3 on my first night and like 4 on my second. Pest control is definitely needed. The facilities and amenities are incomplete and in need of maintenance.
Think twice if you're planning to stay with your family or having a staycation here. This is a budget hotel in a busy city, and if you're somewhat a conservative, this is not a family-friendly hotel. If you know what i mean.

Overall, a not so ok budget hotel with a strategic location. Needed more maintenance on facilities and upgrade for their towels and clothes. Not family friendly, so choose a more expensive hotel nearby if you're planning to stay with your kids, parents or in-laws. Lower the rate please, it's not worth 24USD a night!

Nice and comfort place to stay for business or vacation travel. Parking lot not quite big enough, but you can park beside hotel area. Overall is good.

Late night check-in, no security for information, first night was ok. But had to move to other room on the next day because there was a problem on the room's door. The other room was okay at first but then i found many cocroaches. Even found 1 on my bed while sleeping. And the new room had no pot and tea / coffee, just 2 bottles of mineral water. Also why the payment via bank transfer had to go to receptionist's personal bank account?

Just enough to sleep, clean, nice view, nice reception view. The air condition must need to improve and WC need to be clean more. Have many food around hotel

I love this hotel! It is simple and cheap, and the simple breakfast is a nice companion to the amazing rooftop view. The room is exceptionally huge! The bathroom's design is also nice. Friendly and helpful staffs. Would definitively come back here if i stay in this area.
