Nasi jagal, you must try when you're in tangerang! It's a bit different now. It was spicy without your request but now the sambal is separated from the meat. And also, there's nasi goreng jagal.

One hidden culinary gem in Tangerang. Unfortunately, it's not in front of the gate to rumah penjagalan/pemotongan hewan. The nasi jagal is great. But you have to mix it all with the rice. If not, it'll be too salty (the meeat).
