the staffs are polite and friendly. the service is good. clean environment. but facilities for accompanying patients are still lacking such as food and snack choices.

U need to wait to get the service, insurance by gov make this line too crowded, but wait for the result of lab u need 1 day or some hours to take it.

Dokter anak kaya nguber setoran,masuk cuma 5 menit uda keluar. They dont care about u,they care for your money.

Too long waiting if any request from patient(opname).if any inquiry to nurse, sometimes get different answer, depend on who duties. cleaness a bit poor i think for toilet(much better toilet at airport). Many strange smell there. Almost all idn hospital i think now on make classified for patient (bpjs, insurance, cash etc. ), not good for customer prespective.
