I had a quite a nice stay for a few days here with my family. As a budget hotel, the facilities are great. But considering it's part of a chain hotel management, it should give more than that.

The room not appear as I saw on the pictures on the apps. The lobby needs more touch and replacement of a broken portable fan.

Cheap hotel but quite good quality of room and service. Near from bungul garden and located in the middle of Surabaya. I'd love to visit here sometime. Place are quite old, i think this place need some refreshments ideas to revitalise this place.

The room and facility is so-so for the price they ask, but the service from the employees is very bad. They are didnt give us a good privacy and very loud and impolite. I wont recommend this place for anyone.

There is still so many choice of place to stay than this one. Dont use this.

Lots of stairs. Just fine.
