I really love this hotel. For a price of a capsule or dorm hostel, you actually get a room here. It's clean, cozy, and more than enough for a backpacker as a place to rest. Not only that, you also get a breakfast to start your day. Friendly staffs, aestethic design, good location, and cheap, Morning Sun is the best place to rest your tired backpacker self, i definitely would stay here again. I do have a minor problem though and it's about the smoking area which is too small, maybe expand it a bit eh?

I never knew or ever imagine that Surabaya have this kinda perfect hostel for travelers. Super comfy room, great bathroom with water heater, and also free breakfast.
If you want a good deal you need to reserve the room right before you came by traveling ecommerce application and you can pay right at the hotel before you check in.

Exactly suit for backpacker. But, when I visited this place, I got the small room/single. The door cannot be closed. And it left space so people outside can see us in the room. The air conditioner can't work. It's hot

The coziest hostel with the lowest price I found in the center of Surabaya and the breakfast is worth it.
I forgot to take a photo ini my room but yes it is small but sure because it is only for one person; one ac is used for two rooms.
The bathroom in first floor is pretty huge with shower and shared bottles of soap and shampoo.

affordable price, delicious breakfast, good service, clean bathroom, near train station (about 10 minutes from surabaya pasar turi train station) and easy to get public transportation. comfy room athough the air conditioner in the single room (1 person/room) was sharing with other room.

A hotel building located in a ruko complex very near the traffic lights. This is budget hotel at its finest - with less than 100k, you get a room for yourself with gender-segregated shared bathroom areas. This price includes a modest classic Surabayan breakfast - always with a mound of rice to make you full until late afternoon. Very fast Wi-Fi, and they have a common area for you to work in, equipped with electrical sockets. They also provide free drinking water as well.

One criticism that I do have is that the door for each room isn't that private; the sliding mechanism leaves a sliver of space allowing guests to peek on one another. Also, one AC is divided between two rooms, so it can be quite hot sometimes.

Great BnB for a great price. I could say this is one of the most cheap and comfortable place to stay in town. If you choose for a good price with comfort and simple facility, this place must be one of your choice.

With a very cheap price you got clean and comfortable bed (eventhough the room is very small, acceptable for me though), you also got a delicious breakfast.

Its all that i could hope for a cheap place for having a rest after a long day.
