Not cheap enough. Room no window inside. Breakfast food not varietif. The advantage of this hotel only in center Surabaya City.

I appreciate this hotel effort in doing sustainable practices in their business. The hotel was clean, they have water refills and the service was prompt. However, just a bit minor detail in the administrative area, please don’t make things complicated for your guests. The price difference between traveloka and pay directly is quite big, would appreciate if they would accommodate better service instead of making the guest go through complicated steps.

Clean room, great staff, and so many choices for breakfast buffet. They need to add more parking space though. And you can hear noise from inside the room, like when someone opening or closing the door etc
