Due to my weight problems that kept coming back at me I went to the MHKN for advice as my health got affected by it. Suring my stay at hospital I had wonderful support and advice from the nutrition staff and kitchen team that helped me through the proces to get a healthy lifestyle and I feel more confident about my body.

If you come visiting this hospital and have blood test or being hospitalized here, please ensure to avoid yourself of Suster Ratna / Nurse Ratna. She is rude, careless, and way too far from polite. It is really disappointing, because I feel comfortable to visit some reliable doctors here but I need to remind myself to avoid that irresponsible nurse anytime I need to do blood check or any other treatment.
I have told this to management several times (filing complaint through customer service in Hospital, phone call, and e-mail), but our complaints regarding her service got no results. We never know the status of our reports anytime we followed it up to the customer service representative.

We had an emergency c-section, the Doctor who handle it was very calm but, efficient and professional is Dr. S. Gozali, he did amazing job. he managed to have all the team ready for the procedure after midnight, we had Dr. Daulika female Dr. Specialist of NeoNatal ready and had our baby born to be treated. Dr. Daulika was also efficient, she did a great job, handling our baby since she was born and during the Nicu treatment, the nurses in NICU are angels they took care of our premature baby carefully, sweet, warm but professional.
First-time experience getting the treatment in Mayapada Hospital Kuningan, all the service during my stay for recovery was pleasant too, sweet and caring nurses and doctor, they walk the talk of experience better care.

It was an amazing experience to be a part of Mayapada Hospital Kuningan. Thank you for accepting me as family for almost 3 years. Mayapada Hospital Kuningan always provides great responsives and service excellent for all services. Especially Radiology Team (dr. Amalia Evianti, Sp.Rad, Pak Malik, Pak Timur, Mas Chandra, Mas Dimas, Uwi, Icha, Yustini, Septi, and Wawan) Love you all ❤️

I had an OP appointment at 5 pm and I completed my registration at 4.30 pm itself. They asked me to wait and informed me I am second one to meet the doctor. Later they informed me that the doctor is late and asked me to wait until 6 pm. There was no further information and asked me to keep waiting until 7 but doctor was yet to reach. They wasted 2.5 hrs of my time, absolutely pathetic service! Never go again!

I am a patient of the obs/gyn clinic, which is separated from other specialist clinics. They have their own registration desk, and the process of administration is always smooth (for insurance patients, you don’t have to fill the insurance form yourself or bring it with you to the doctor because the admin will deliver them to the nurse in charge). Patients were very few, I often be the only patient for the day (my doc is dr. Ardiansjah Dara, SpOG) sometimes he would be late, which I assume because of his schedule on other hospitals. But it was still understandable. The hospitality provided by the doctors, admins, nurses, and cashier was pleasant. The only downside was for the last three months, the cashier was centralized at the 3rd floor, probably due to understaffing. It caused a jam and few times we would have to wait for an hour before finishing the insurance admins (if you pay out of pocket, this perhaps wouldn’t apply to you). Some patients lashed out to the staffs and I could see they were overwhelmed yet still trying their best to smile and helping. They used to have a separate cashier for obs/gyn floor, and it was very quick and satisfactory experience. I hope they fix the administrative soon!
