Best experience in Jakarta so far! Really clean rooms, the softest bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff and amazing breakfast!!! The design of the room is quite unique with many mirrors which makes it spacier. Was lovely to have dinner at thr downstairs restaurant and hear some local music played live. Very nice calm atmosphere. Very pleasant stay! I would come back ❤️❤️❤️

Grand Deluxe Room Type

+ Bedroom facing the window is a fantastic view.

- Toilets drainage require melioration, though they tend to dump but the stool actually come back up for some reasons,

- This hotel will charge you for additional mineral waters,

- Breakfast was not feasible during my stay, they provided only chicken meat. Finding dried rice, inconsiderable main course and all sort of minimum number of menus as well as coffee machine was nowhere to be found are a mess for a 5-starred hotel. Servers were lacking of knowledge when it came to serving food, specifically he didn't know which was breast or thigh part of chicken,

- Parking space seems quite confusing as there are many ways to be going to the hotel and 'spacious' isn't in the hotel's dictionary wherefore they tend to put lanes everywhere, knowing not any motivation or whatsoever,

- Kitchen area in the room without a gas is an absolute genius. Whoever was in charge at the shift is worthy of clapping hands.

This hotel doesn't deserve to be 5★ in my very own opinion to make a conclusion.

Excellent stay for 2 months in Jakarta. Worth for money. Super clean rooms, super friendly staffs. Kitchen was available with cooking utensils and crockeries. The staffs from the restaurant were very polite. Only comment which i would give for the food menu is that, more vegetarian options could be included. Being a vegetarian, the choices were less compared to non vegetarian menu. But then whatever I requested when needed, the hotel team made sure it is met and fulfilled. Will definitely choose this hotel whenever I'm in Jakarta. Will definitely recommend.

Really great experience here! Everybody is so friendly, ready to help and easy-going! ZAINAL is very lovely with a lot of encouraging energy! Happy to see your smiling faces Every day! Convenient place to go around anywhere in Kuningan!

????????The WiFi and soundproof can be better! Then everything is perfect!

The room is spacious and the bed is facing the window-wall, which allows us to enjoy the city view, especially because our room was on the 25th floor. The room and the bathroom are clean; however, the bathtub size is just a bit small for 2 (grin).

There were two minor problems though:
- the keycard was too sensitive and was not working when we tried to enter the room during the check-in process, then it had to be reprogrammed again after breakfast in the morning.
- the air conditioner, at the highest setting, can only bring the room temperature down to around 25C, which makes it okay for activities, a little bit too cold to sleep without a blanket, and yet too hot to sleep with the blanket (sweating a lot)

Breakfast was just okay, nothing special to mention about

I have a great time scheduling a meeting here with my colleagues, i have been here for 4 days. And because the staff is very nice and supporting. Especially Mr. Zainal from FO, He's very helpful. Not forget to mention, the dish is really nicely tasty, i love it!

I didn't stay here, just met my business colleagues here in the lounge, wanted to have breakfast here but it was closed then I was offered the a la carte menu, friendly service from Mbak Indah. Very comfortable atmosphere, good food. want to try to stay at this hotel next time
