Rooms are good.. All they need to improve is the breakfast menu. It’s same every single day. Being vegetarian I mostly eat fruits and sometimes I find them not fresh.

Come here for a staycation and we're having a blast. We booked for 2 bedroom executive. Kids were happy with the room. It's big and they can play hide and seek. So easy to find food since it's next to Plaza Festival. Thank you Citadines Rasuna.

Very disappointed with our stay: the Asus charger for our laptop that we just bought in Belgium was damaged and could not be used when we plugged it into an outlet in our room. Circuit breakers in the room had tripped at that time. The hotel claimed it was not their fault and I was not compensated for this incident. I will not be returning to this hotel again.

This is good hotel with adequate service. But the problem is noise canceling in the room not to good. Difficult to get a local food at night

Nice apartment in the middle of city. It has nice view from the units and the staffs are also helpful

The hotel has a nice expansive room and is located nearby SCBD, kuningan, senopati, and even the central one like GI.

When you book the room, you can actually get the discounts from the ascott website, which can include breakfast or not.

Experience:

The room is really nice and you can see a great view from your room (usually the hotel is from floor 21 above)

The complimentary breakfast that you can get is american breakfast (omelette, sausages, breads, and potatoes), nasi goreng, mie goreng, caesar salad. The taste is just soso and since there’s a pandemic regulation, the food is delivered to your room.

When you want to swim or do gym, you need to book the reservation since the maximum people in the room is 4 people and only have 1 hour time duration.

However, the pool is less than my expectation. Usually we can see clearly what is inside the pool like the range of vision should be 1-2 m at least, but in this pool only 5-15cm because it’s so dark and saturated. Hope the management can rework this pool, otherwise it would be a perfect apartment / hotel in south jakarta.

Stayed here for 5 days from 31st Oct till 5 Nov. Its a serviced Apartment hotel. We had a great time. The customer service was excellent. Strategic Location surrounded by malls at walking distance. Surely will come again.????????????
