Great accommodation - very private and comfortable. It’s in a good location to all the restaurants and shops, but nice and quiet at night time. The rooms were all very clean and staff friendly and helpful! Definitely will be coming back.

We moved in for a 3 bedroom villa and them moved to 2 premium rooms. The villa is ok, big but needs a lot of cleaning and improvements. The staff doesn't clean nor change towels. the toilet is outside and it rains a lot on it. The wifi is barely usable, with a lot of drops here and there.
The place is at least 10min walk for the city center and the road is so chaotic that you can wait ages for a taxi.

Affordable but felt like a modern, clean, and well manicured hotel experience versus the normal villa energy found in Ubud and surrounding areas. The view is beautiful though it is not fully private, it is inspiring.

I love the jungle view from this place. Pool is fantastic. Incredibly kind and friendly. Very comfortable room

Nice water villas in Ubud centrally located close.to.everything yet calm and nice.

Good location but access is a bit tricky. Walking distance to Ubud Center. The main pool has ubud vibe with green lush.
