Staff were worse : lazy and implite, didn't clean up room 3 days straight,. Room was dirty and moldy. Bed sheet was not clean. Family were loud in the early morning, never made apology. Refilled drinking water were not free, asked to pay. In the check out day morning, they avoided to serve breakfast. Greedy family ran this place, seemed to rip guest off once stepped in their property. You could easily find neighbors much nicer with great value. Definitely not recommend to anyone.

Perfect ! Very clean, beautiful and quiet place in ubud center, the staff was very kind, the bathroom has a sink and the shower has hot water (rare in Indonesia) Breakfast was watermelon with eggs/tomato sandwich with coffee/tea.
The price is very good. The best value for money hotel we got in Indonesia!

You cannot expect much for that price (90k). Fan in the room, wooden windows and door so you could hear every single voice, not spotless clean. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Very nice and comfortable homestay in the centre of Ubud. Good included breakfast and free coffee all day. Bathrooms have hot water and real showers. The owner is friendly and the motorbikes that they rent are of high quality.

Scooter rental was outstanding. Owner spent the time to give us a free driving lesson and gave us a ride to our hotel after we returned the scooter, even though we returned the bikes late. Very good prices too.

Great location and large room, but the room wasn't very clean and could hear the noise from outside. Decent breakfast included and scooters available for hire.

The room was not really clean, the bed smelled wired.. no sheet to cover you. Cold shower
It was really noisy outside.
The breakfast was really good.
