The satay, bakso, bakwan, sushi, sashimi is delicious! The rest of the food is average, the pasta taste is below average, i order the agli olio but it didn’t taste like agli olio, too much gravy for agli olio standart and there is no taste except the pasta itself and it only flour taste! Beef brisket is average. You can’t pick the food by yourself due the health protocol, there’s always staff will help you out, friendly staff. Improve the cleanliness please because there are flies on our table and “jerry” in the outdoor area. Considering this is a upscale restaurant so customers expectation is relatively high.

Went for lunch buffet with BOGO promo using BCA CC.
Overall food is delicious.
Dessert is definitely one of the best.
But unfortunately some of food is only served on weekend with higher rate.
They should serve same menu either weekend or weekday but just put time limit or qty limit for special menu.

Buffet with an international menu..
Recommended.

Guests not wearing masks while walking around - staff doesn’t bother or care. Several guests were frequently walking around the entire restaurant without masks on, but the staff didn’t care nor reminded them to wear a mask.

This needs to be brought to the attention of the COVID task force for strict penalty and action against this outlet.

Very limited sanitizer in the restaurant only at reception and at the bar but nowhere else ( at least I didn’t see and I was looking for it). No
Gloves or anything while the buffet is self service for the most part…

Went for their so called brunch - paid around 1.400.000 IDR for two person. It being a brunch there is the expectation that drinks would be included, they included water and 4(?) type of sweet drinks but unfortunately no actual soft drinks ( coke / sprite /..) were included.

The hostess itself fast but not very friendly; didn’t engage in any small talk and didn’t bother to show the buffet or explain what all is included.

Table was decent; restaurant was fairly busy with probably 80% filled on a Saturday.

Since it is their Betawi month they had more local dishes which was probably nice but meant that around 70% of the dishes were Indonesian; which was maybe a bit much in my opinion.

Food quality was overall good ( their bakso unfortunately not) - chefs don’t speak that much English so at the counters you at times can get lost, if you don’t speak Bahasa Indonesia. It being an international hotel chain that was a bit disappointing, but waiters did speak English well.

Servers weren’t very attentive - picked up the empty plates when called but ignored 6 empty glasses ( on a table for two person ) consistently. Glasses increased unfortunately since their water is pre filled in glasses on the bar and them having ice cubes also pre filled in other glasses ( filled to the top with ice cubes so can’t even add water into it; and having your ice glass melt due to the warm room temperature)

While their brunch goes till 3 pm I wanted to enjoy their dessert selection at around 1.45 pm only to discover that more than half of the items were empty. No chef or anyone around so had to call a manager. He came back after a few minutes along with a chef asking me what I wanted. After I told him ( based on what I saw was part of the buffet when I looked at the dessert selection after arriving) he told me to wait - unfortunately even 45 min plus I didn’t get the churros which were part of the buffet before. Their food service closes by 2.30 and after my complaint they started refilling dessert by 2.20 pm but unfortunately stlll no churros.

Overall good food quality; ok service; but make sure to run for dessert and don’t expect 5 star hotel treatment ; except for paying a high bill!

Most fav hotel buffet, based on price point and variety. Provide lot of array of choices from appetizer to dessert.

Try their:
1. Seafood section, for their prawn and clam.
2. Pork knuckle. So crunchy.
3. Middle East section. Try their Lamb kofta
4. Nasi Gandul. On spot indonesian taste, i wonder why this is not populer choice, at least from my observation
5. Roast Duck. Die die must try.
6. Sushi Section, i dont like their sushi for some reason, but my wife loves it.
7. Dessert. Go for their Lapis Legit, so good that i will pay for this.

Very basic breakfast. No seafood, cheese selection is very modest, cold cuts just two simple options. Perhaps they do better at brunch but breakfast is not nearly as good as most competitors in 5 star rating.
