One of my favorite Department stores located in grand Indonesia shopping mall in Jakarta. It is an upscale department Store providing a lot of brands and variety of items that you will definitely enjoy.

I usually go here to get my favorite skin care products from SK II. The reason why I bought it here because the staff are very friendly and helpful and they always inform me whenever there is sale or promotion. They are also helpful in finding the right products for my skin and give a lot of samples.

Central also has a lot of promotion in cooperation with various brands and major credit card companies which I use so that I can get free vouchers and other goodies. Recently I have been using a lot of online shopping as well and it has been a satisfying experience with no hassle, safe, with the assistance of helpful staff as well over whatsapp application. They also have a lot of promotions and giveaways done in their Instagram account. It’s fun!

During COVID-19 pandemic, they have a lot of hand sanitizer station, and everybody has to wear a mask whenever they are in the area. Temperature check is done when we enter the Mall.

It has a lot of choices for beauty products, Clothes, shoes, toys, sports items, and many more. It is strategically located at the East Mall of Grand Indonesia and you won’t miss it!

Not a good experience. My father bought 2 expensive shirts here, one of them discolored upon the first wash and damaged the other. Their solution is replacing the discolored one. How silly and insensible, they actually want to compensate with a bad quality one.

Lesson learned: no matter how expensive the shirt that you buy, ask them this: ini luntur gak?

One stop shopping with luxurious and prestigious atmosphere, located in central jakarta. You can find so many adorable fashion merchandises from high end brand, here. It has premium lounge for you to sit and relax, and it serve free coffee, tea and cookies. And also there is kids club in here, suitable for toddlers and kids up to 8 y.o.

Many luxurious item sold here, local brand and high-end brand. The staff were great.

Upscale department store from Thailand. Carry many brands previously unavailable here. Seasonal discounts. Fab interior.

First of all, they have various clothing stores and the food as well. I visit GI mostly to find food hehe. What I can say is that the food stall in East Mall and West Mall complete each other. If you want to find a lot of merchants who offer discount (ovo, dana, gopay), I would suggest to go to West Mall food court.
