I was looking forward to visiting this restaurant due to they’ve got good reviews. Two points that are memorable to me are service and place. The place was romantic (just like other Union Group’s restaurants). the food was excellent, so was the service.

I rarely go to this union branch, but I'm really glad I did. Their pastry and cake selections are guaranteed to bring joy and happiness. The food and beverage options won't let you down either. A bit pricey, but the quality and taste here are just excellent. I definitely recommend it for the food and service. The staff are nice, professional, and helpful in getting you to your place (especially if you have an account on their U Rewards-Union, where they prioritize you on the queque).

Perfect time to come here is in December, I guess. The decoration makes it cozy and great ambience. Ordered lasagna and spaghetti with tiger prawn with orang juice flavored cocktail. The lasagna was so meaty, but the taste was great. Not for me who did not really like meat. The pasta was so salty, I can't taste the real flavor of the pasta. Probably because of the cheese and the salt that made it so salty. The cocktail was great and fresh. Probably will come back and try another food.

tried the risotto and pasta vongole, risotto is creamy but I had my expectations way to high. meanwhile my friend ordered the best vongole we have ever tasted. well done!
what’s disappointing was the complimentary bread that was very hard and chewy not what I was expecting at all

Place is nice tbh, old style Italian but ok
Putting liters of tomatoes sauce everywhere doesn’t mean you are Italian despite the chef should be because I asked at the door but of course not on duty on the busiest meal of the week
Please review the parmigiana, is not even close to what supposed to be
The fish cartoccio was ok tbh but in a swimming pool of tomato sauce
The service was not right
The brought the food almost together while I ask for first course and second
At the moment of the bill i have one waiter standing beside and I ask to pls give me time as I was doing some WhatsApp conversation then the red tie I assume the Mng come with BCA machine asking to pay .. I replied if they ware kicking me out or what … shame!
Anyway, thanks but no thanks

Great location at the ground floor of East Mall Grand Indonesia. There are indoor and outdoor seating (fully shaded, so it is not hot). The food is good, the beverages are excellent. Very convenient for long hang out. Price is a bit high. Menu has been reduced compared to pre-pandemic. Good covid-19 protocol in place.

Always my favorite go-to place for Risotto. I ordered Risotto al Funghi, it was creamy and rich in taste - definitely one of the best risotto place in Jakarta.
They also have a lot of selection of cocktail, wine, liquor, beer, etc. I ordered The South Side and I really love the taste!

The ambience was really nice, it's almost full house on the outdoor seating area but not too crowded. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a nice place to hang out that serves good food.
