Was here, and need to wait a couple hours, but I got the executive room during my visit, so the hotel staffs escorted me and my family to the executive lounge. They were nice and polite ????.

The room was spacious, the bathroom area was beautiful, my kids loved it and it was a beautiful memory for them so stay in this legendary hotel ????.

We enjoyed the breakfast, and the pool staffs were friendly. I wish to be here during our next family holiday.

I like the room in terms of lighting, cleanliness and amenities. But I found it too big and the layout is not efficient.

No mirror near the closet and it is far from bathroom/shower, you have to take your clothes to the bathroom across the main room. And there was only ONE hook at the bathroom! Why?

No room on high floors faces the Welcome Statue. The fridge was full of bottles of drinks, no space to put my coffee until I moved a couple of bottles.

The location, hotel facilities and the service were on point and we really enjoyed the stay! Especially the way how you approach guests was absolutely professional! I was amazed by your flexibility! My flight was delayed by 13h but the service at the Kempinski arranged my transfer even after the delay. We felt secure, comfortable and spoiled at all time. We will come back!

Best hotel I've ever stayed! Spent the weekend for staycation with my best friends, we had wonderful time here. Excellent service, the room is super cozy and comfy. I enjoyed the swimming pool and work out at the gym.

Presidential suite room:
Spacious space and very homey.
There is an office room as well. Very convenient for meetings and work from hotel.

Toilet is grand and great. I love the bathtub ???? . You can take a bath and see the gread Jakarta’s icon: Bundaran HI.

Nice and very friendly staffs.

Luxurious environment.
Very close with Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia.

Minor thing: small pool in the rooftop.

I was just visiting a relative who were staying in this place. The room is spacious and grand. The lobby is grand too. The only complaint that I have is that it is very confusing about the entrance for online transportation to pick us up. Apparently there are too many door entrances option.

It was a pleasure to stay at the Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta.

Tips: To fully enjoy this hotel, you must stay in at least the Grand Deluxe room type. In the bathroom, you will find an oversized bathtub where you can relax while admiring the city view of Bundaran HI or watching TV (yes, there is a TV in the bathroom, and you can adjust its angle so you can watch it while soaking in relaxing warm bath).

Except for the smoking rooms, all Grand Deluxe rooms were fully booked when I stayed there. So I upgraded to the Salon Suite room, and let me tell you, it was well worth it. The room is 85m2 in size and consists of two connecting rooms (1 king-size bed + 1 optional extra bed) with a city view (Bundaran HI), an in-room coffee capsule machine, a large smart LED TV, a separate toilet, an oversized bathtub, a working desk, and other amenities.

I also informed the hotel that it was my anniversary, and I received anniversary room decor as well as a delicious complimentary anniversary cake.

Breakfast at the Signature restaurant is excellent, with a wide variety of options and delectable foods and beverages. Breakfast should be eaten between 6 and 8 a.m. After that, the restaurant will be too crowded, especially on weekends and national holidays. There is a children's playground in the restaurant, so parents with children can let their children play there.

Overall, we had a fantastic time at the Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta. All the employees were helpful and friendly, and we hope that continues. We will definitely return for another staycation here. Cheers!
