The museum used to occupy the second floor of the main church building. Occupying the new building, the museum was bigger than expected, even though I cannot say that it's a big museum. I learnt a lot not only about the history of Catholicism in Indonesia but also how the pastors lived back then. There is an auditorium on the first floor and the second floor houses typical furniture found in the a rectory. The information for each item is quite comprehensive. It was great to visit this museum and anyone can visit it for free, regardless their religious background.

This is a good place to learn about catholicism in Indonesia.

On the first floor they have a brief history about how Catholic and Christianity being spread throughout Indonesia in 1800s. They also have a statue and relics of past leaders / Archbishop of Jakarta.

On the second floor they have a decent number collection of wearables of past priests.

I like the place.

Free museum. The collection is good to learn about how christian came and developed in Indonesia. Its located beside the Cathedral

The best place to learn about Catholic church history in Indonesia, from this museum we could learn that from the beginning of it's presence Catholic church unite, involved, and became integral part of Indonesian history. The first floor is excellent but the second floor needs more improvement.
