3 times in a row staying at this hotel. 2 times in One Bedroom Suite u0026 1 time in the Family Thematic Suite.
- Rooms are all perfect. Thematic Suites are fun for children, while having a balcony for outdoor sitting area - too hot in the afternoon, but warm and OK at morning and evening. One Bedroom Suite is very spacious and the bathroom is awesome!
- Both rooms, beds are heavenly!
- The hotel has so many facilities and enough photo spots. You might wanna check the Kids Zone where they can play while you enjoy exploring the hotel.
- Food is amazing! Go to Envy Cafe and enjoy a very nice cocktail.
- The staffs are very nice - as you may expected from Hilton standard hotels.

Definitely one of my favorite hotels and are very proud to recommend it!

TOP NOTCH! best service from the beginning to end. Entering the hotel, greeted by the security, bell boys, front office and all staff with big smile on their faces. The service was superb! All staff are professional, polite, helpful and prompt!. We dined at Envy restaurant. The service was amazing! We would love to come back in near future. We had an early flight so we had to check out early. We informed the front office that we would like to leave the hotel at around 6 am. Prior leaving the front office handed us a bag of "breakfast to go". We found some pastries and coffee!!! what a nice surprise. We were so pleased...especially we did not have time to eat. Thank you very much Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali. You made our little vacation memorable! See you soon!!!

We had a wedding there in the beautiful villa and spent there another few nights + one night in the regular room. The hotel staff was just amazing! They helped with everything we needed with smile on their faces. Cleanliness and condition was great and for friendly price. Truly recommend!

The hotel staff are well-trained and knows how to handle their guests' concerns. They are professional and they can speak in English well. The facilities are well-maintained, sanitized and clean. The security of the hotel is reasonable and you can feel safe and secured inside the hotel from the security check from the entrance guards to the reception, to the hallway down to the rooms. Our family stay in Bali was exceptional with large contribution of the hotel we have chosen.

Hotel is nice enough however little outdated, rooms comfortable however they need an update or at least maintained, few things not working /damaged. You basically get what you pay for here however the staff are amazing, so friendly, welcoming, warm and genuine.
The staff are what bumped up a 3 star rating to a 4 star. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel as advertised.

the twin bed was not big. they do not have private beach but if you want to enjoy the sunset while looking at the departing and arriving planes, staying here is the right choice. Also this hotel located near beachwalk and airport. The service was superb like all the staffs were helpful

The holiday inn Bali was everything you would expect but more. Great location with private beach, awesome staff who work harder than words can describe. The food was very good as the morning brunch buffet is out of this world. Great experience. Thank you!
