This place is dirty… seriously, we did a thorough check for bedbugs on the mattress. I see a trail of blood spots on the sheets which is normally a sign of bed bugs. I’m checking out tomorrow. Gross. And the walls are very thin. I just had to have words with the neighbors as their kids were loudly playing and jumping around at 11 pm. The pool closes at 6pm and the whole complex is gigantic and hard to navigate. The rooftop bar has no bar tenders. This place is a hard dive and no where near a 1 star hotel. I would never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.

This is a good family hotel in a convenient area of Kuta. 5mins from Lippo Mall to grab things for kids like fruit, nappies etc. Restaurants around service good and affordable food. The staff are the highlight. They are super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and important. Christine was so lovely each morning and made us comfortable at breakfast. A few tour buses in and out which we didn't love, but nice to see Bali getting busy again. This hotel is great for the price.

Hotel is dirty, very old, floor is likely never cleaned. May be due to Covid Pandemic situation.

The room is big spacious, but very very old. It is tidy, but the bedcover is very old, when relaxing on the bed my skin feels itchy , when the staff comes in to check, it has blood spot which might be indication of bed bug

The atmosphere of the hotel feels creepy especially when you are alone.

Receptionist are not that welcome. But other staffs such as the bellboy are very friendly and welcome

I think this hotel needs upgrade or new management

The building is quite old-style, but the room is clean and quite big. The service is really awesome and the staff is kind and helpful! ???????????????? The location is quite okay (at least it's far from the noisy crowd so I can take a rest well ????????)

The bed had bad bugs. We felt ichy few minutes after we took a rest on the bed. The staff responded our complaints and checked the bed for us. We found blood spots which usually indicate bed bugs. The hotel was old and poorly maintained. We checked out one hour after we checked in. Considering it is not worthed to experience bed bugs on our holiday. They offered us an upgraded room since our cancellation is unrefundable. But we prefer moving to another hotel at Seminyak . It's just not worthed to get sick because of bed bugs especially on holidays

Room we had was fantastic and breakfast was also fantastic for the price. Staff were very helpful and delightful. Would recommend the hotel for the price range.

Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay in Aston Kuta. Our host Oka and Kristin was very welcoming and helpful to our needs. We highly recommend this generous hotel when it comes to services.
