5.5 Stars! If I could I would give this IHG Hotel 5.5 Stars. Great, wonderful u0026 superb staff. They make you feel super welcome. 125% in hospitality success. Great breakfast. Always nice smile from staff - which brightens your day. The only 3 things I didn’t like are 1) pool Hours, they close the pool too early; 2) staff member watching you while getting breakfast;I didn’t like that a staff member was there watching over my shoulder when I was getting breakfast. It just made me feel uncomfortable u0026 I didn’t enjoy my food. 3) shuttle to the airport is not FREE and customers have to pay for it - which is annoying and creates bad experience. If these 3 things are corrected, then this hotel would be the BEST.

1 more thing: the slippers are so slippery and fall-hazard on wet surface. Be careful, don’t break your back with a fall.

Was an amazing stay, loved everything about the stay. One small incident that could have dealt better. It was my wife's birthday and I dropped a message in advance for making some arrangements (flowers, balloons, cake, etc.) when we check-in. However, the arrangement wasn't done. I wouldn't mind if I was charged for the arrangements but I wanted to make my wife feel special. The next day they arranged a small cake during breakfast from the lovely restaurant staff. The point is Holiday Inn missed that one point which could have been a delight factor. I want them to take this as a feedback for future guest stays.

No complaint! From the front desk staff, housekeeping staff and food u0026 beverage staff are superb! Beach is walking distance????.This Holiday Inn is next to its Resort. Variety of restaurants around the hotel selling my favorite Indo food and western food for my husband????. Also plenty of spa and massage place. A mall also is walking distance. We also renting a Yamaha Aerox 155 CC for about $6 a day, Seriously????! Airport is close by, my husband even walked to the airport to picked me up but we have to use taxi to go back to hotel because I brought luggage. But I wonder why I never, never hear any of those airplanes sound at all. May be because the planes flight straight from above ocean to the airport? Kudos for the city planner. Oh did I mentions their rooftop infinity pool with their happy hour cafe? I would recommend this hotel for staying.

Good stay. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and made checking in and out very easy. The closeness to the beach and the airport is a plus.
