We booked this hotel using American Airlines miles. We were already planning the trip to Seminyak, Bali. It was rated pretty good they other sites. We liked the location of 200 meters off the strip of main roads of Seminyak. It's pretty quiet but walking distance to everything you need. The sky pool and restaurant, bar had great west views of the ocean, which is about 300 meters away. Overall pretty satisfied. Food options in the hotel were good and reasonable priced. Of course service in Bali is top notch. There is a shuttle good cart to take you out to the street if you don't feel like walking.

I was working in the hospitality industry since 1994. I spent half of my life in many 4star to 5 star hotels in Asia and Australia as a cleaner to the top management roles. I know about hotels more than other general public.

The staffs are well trained at front desk and Fu0026B . It is 4 Stars.
Location is very good. The breakfast and services are perfect.

But rooms are totally unacceptable. Toilet seat is the engineering failure . Bathrooms, guest rooms and roof top restaurant toilets are just like public toilets. It was really nightmare for us. Housekeeping staff must be retrain properly and supervisor must check every room before guest check in. This is a reason I did not leave any tips when I check out. Do not deserved it.
Towels, bedsheets' furniture, rubbish bins, taps they all need to be replaced. They are too old.
I also have my own business. I understand business down stream after covid. If you have no budget to do a renovation in this hotel the owner should consider to sell it out.

I'm sorry but we were pretty disappointed by our stay. While the staff, without exception, were very nice and provided excellent service, the property needs a lot of attention. With how the world has been, one understands that there isn't likely funding for major renovations, but that is not the big problem here. The rooms are just not clean and are really musty. Both my wife and I suffered from this and have not yet recovered, several days later.
On the good side, we REALLY enjoyed being on the rooftop. Nice area, good service, was a delight to sit there for morning coffee and breakfast.

It’s our second time here and we love it as the first one. The check in process was fast, room was spacious and clean, we have simple surprise also, even there was few rooms renovated, we never feel bothered with sounds, love the swimming pool for the simplicity and the water temperature, the staffs were smiling all time we met them, including the security staffs :). This hotel was few hundred meters from the main road, certainly great for less crowded sounds. Just one thing need to improve is the variety of breakfast, coz we stay more than 4 days. I will surely come back and recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately hotel is not very well maintained. Couldn’t use the whirlpool in the room as it was very dirty and smelled liked rotten eggs when we switched on the jet nozzles. Rooftop pool looked greenish and dirt on the ground. Room wasn’t clean on arrival, long black hair on the floor. Breakfast buffet with very limited options and repeating dishes.
However, the full body massage was really good and can highly recommend!

Very Bad! We paid good money for a room with a whirlpool, and the water that came out once you turn on the bubbles smells nothing less than raw sewage. When we told reception about the problem, the technician came to try and fix it. He said it was fixed. But the same thing happened again and again, raw sewage water. The showers took so long to heat up, and my niece in the next door to us didn't have any water pressure at all. Her whirlpool also smelt like sewage so she decided to not use it at all which is a shame. Hotel did little to rectify, and why should we have to keep complaining about the same issue again and again? Very disappointed and will be staying elsewhere from now on. The lonely street to get to and from the hotel also feels very unsafe.

I’m writing this while I’m on my first and definitely last night here. Rooms and the entire hotel are just really old and not well maintained. The moment you stepped into the rooms, you could smell this old wooden stench and I’m saying this confidently because this is my second room here. I switched rooms because my first room jacuzzi was not working. The overall vibe in the room and hotel is just 2 star rating and feels dirty. The two water bottles that they provide in the rooms have a weird smell and oh they charge for any additional bottles. Also, the adapters are old school so you have to pay a deposit for their adapters at IDR100,000 (which will be given back as you return them). The towels smell awful, the ac in my second new room is just not cold and the couches are just gross to sit on.
I cannot wait to check out and get the heck outta here honestly.
