Above is a roof top restaurant on the 6th floor of Four Points by Sheraton in Bali in Indonesia. I arrived there around 6:30 pm. There was a 2-man band playing soft guitar music. The musicians were friendly and asked guests to make requests. The view was nice. I could view the ocean at a distance. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and even heavy rain came down later. I couldn’t see the expected nice sunset. The seating was comfortable. The waitstaffs were polite and attentive. They had a buy 2 cocktails/wine get one free during Happy Hours. The Pok Pok Chicken Wing was dry and too sweet. The Miso Glazed Butterfish was dry and didn’t have the tenderness and good flavor of butterfish. I ordered a glass of red wine from Chile. An order of a glass of red wine was only about 3 oz which occupied about 1/4 of a large wine glass. The wine was ok. It started raining heavily. The staffs closed the sliding doors and the room became hot and uncomfortable. The air conditioning system was inadequate. I decided to move to a table which was closer to one of their air conditioning machine.
